Trager began at a physician's precision-medicine clinic — not in a marketing meeting. The question was simple: what would an energy drink look like if you built it around a real vitamin foundation instead of just caffeine and sugar?
The answer became the Trager NAD+ Blend.
Two guiding principles
A vitamin base worth having. NAD+ and active-form B vitamins — methylfolate and methylcobalamin, the forms your body absorbs more readily than the standard versions most products use. Alongside them, amino acids like L-tyrosine and taurine, and nootropics like citicoline, chosen for cognitive support.
Caffeine that doesn't run the show. 150 mg of caffeine, about one strong cup of coffee. Enough to matter, buffered by taurine and magnesium so it doesn't spike and drop you.
Where we are now
Trager is sold direct and carried by 40+ independent retailers across the Midwest and East Coast, with 200,000+ cans sold since launch. Every batch is produced in an NSF SQF Level 3 certified, FDA-registered facility and tested against label claims before it ships.
